The best option I have to secure a Harley Davidson Dyna is the B&W Biker Bar Motorcycle Tie-Down System part # BWMC2302 which bolts to the floor of the trailer and then provides a very quick and secure attachment point. What you'd want is the ShockStrap Soft Ties for Motorcycles and Dirt Bikes # 297-2STB-2 as this will allow you to loop around the handlebars and the clip will be able to close. Typically if the bike is secured proplerly the spring clips really aren't needed. Basically you'll have to mock up where you want the motorcycle to be and where the best place will be for the e-track as there isn't a set place to install the tracks in every trailer. Typically you want the tie down anchors to be about 36 inches apart from each other to get the best angle for them to pull down.
